MistyLook is one of the most popular free WordPress themes out there today. For that reason, if you were going to steal a theme and try to pass it off as your own “free unique wordpress theme,” MistyLook is a bad one to use. Yet that’s apparently just what Charles Kirkendall III is attempting to do: http://blog-themes.xynfo.com/free-wordpress-theme-timeless-10-released/ (you’ll have to copy and paste that link; I’m not giving him any link love).
Go let him know what you think about it.
Update: Not surprisingly, he’s deleting comments on his blog related to this issue, so you’ll either have to use your own blog to tell him what you think or leave a comment here.
Update, April 7: Looks like Charles figured out that everyone was on to him. The theme was pulled today.
